Information collected
We may collect information you provide through the website, including your name, email address, telephone number, property state, loan purpose, property-use category, estimated credit range, requested loan amount, estimated property value, mortgage payoff, requested business-purpose cash-out, monthly rent, property type, ITIN status or request for document assistance, language preference, business-purpose confirmation and other information included in an inquiry. The initial public form is not intended to collect a full ITIN, Social Security number, bank password, payment-card information or unencrypted identity documents.
We may also collect technical and attribution information associated with a visit or submission, including the page URL, referring URL, date and time, device or browser information when approved, and campaign identifiers such as UTM values, GCLID, GBRAID, WBRAID, MSCLKID, FBCLID or YCLID when those values are present.
